(1) The NVR of this system is 4K resolution, but the cameras in this system are 5mp resolution, you would need to add the 4K resolution cameras to get the 4K resolution. (2)Please make sure that your TV monitor is 4K or better than 4K resolution, and connect the NVR to your TV monitor.

(3) Setup the system, and go to Main Menu- Set up-Basic to change the "Video Output" to "3840 2160" manually. The default setting of the NVR is 1024 x 768.
